RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mark Flynn's property damage claim should be settled for
$5,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Mark Flynn
in the amount of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the-7-1z,(
