WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way easements for the College-Wall Connector Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College-Wall Connector Project
be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 6: 0.0223 acre out of Lot 505, Block 65,
Original Town Site of Beaumont,
Noah Tevis Survey, Abstract 52
