RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
$35,000.00 contract with the Innovative Housing Development Corporation, whereby the
Corporation would administer a unique affordable housing project.
