RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) defibrillator/monitors
with a quik-pace non-invasive pacemaker option for the Emergency Medical System (E.M.S.);
and,
WHEREAS, Physio-Control Corporation of Arlington, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $16,094.50; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by'Physio-
Control Corporation is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Physio-Control Corporation of Arlington, Texas in the amount of
$16,094.50 for the purchase of two (2) defibrillator/monitors with a quik-pace non-invasive
pacemaker option for the Emergency Medical System (E.M.S.) be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
