RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract to purchase traffic marking
materials on an as needed basis by the Public Works Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, the contract should be awarded to the low bidders based on the
following unit prices and estimated quantities as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids listed above are the
best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids listed above for an annual contract to purchase traffic marking materials on an
as needed basis by the Public Works Transportation Department be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
