RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized, to take all steps
necessary to appeal an adverse judgment should one be entered in the case of Woodford
Bouillion, et al vs. The City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
