WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one articulated off road dump
truck to be used at the City's Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $164,489.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang
Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont, Texas for
the purchase of one articulated off road dump truck to be used at the City's Landfill in the
amount of $164,489.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ,5
