RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract
with Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of Improvements to College
Street - Goliad to Main at a cost of $3,299,161.19.
