RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-way for the
College-Wall Connector Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College-Wall Connector Project be,
and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 2: 0.4720 acre out of "College Square" of the
Original Town Site of Beaumont, Noah Tevis
Survey, Abstract 52 (partial taking)
Owner: Beaumont Independent School District
Appraised Value: $38,950.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the W-- day of
