R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1990, City Council awarded a contract to the
Swain Company, Inc. for furnishing materials, labor and equipment to replace the metal roof
sections on the roof of the Coliseum located in Fair Park; and,
WHEREAS, during the removal, additional deterioration was discovered for an
additional cost of $16,639.82;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the project and make final
payment to the Swain Company, Inc. for furnishing materials, labor and equipment to replace
the metal roof sections on the Coliseum located in Fair Park in the amount of $16,639.82.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1991.
