RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing property damage insurance to the
City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the Hartford Insurance Group through the Weisenberg Insurance and
Risk Management Agency of Houston, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of$74,500.26; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by the
Hartford Insurance Group through the Weisenberg Insurance & Risk Management Agency of
Houston, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by the Hartford Insurance Group through the Weisenberg Insurance
& Risk Management Agency of Houston, Texas for furnishing property damage insurance to
the City of Beaumont in the amount of $74,500.26 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
