RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of water and sewer pipes to be
used by the Water Utilities Department/Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $58,170.20; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden
Triangle Pipe is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe of Beaumont in the amount of $58,170.20
for the purchase of water and sewer pipes for use by the Water Utilities Department/Water
Distribution Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
