RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of Dresser bell joint repair
clamps for the City's Water Distribution Department to repair water main leaks; and,
WHEREAS, International Supply of Lufkin Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $20,723.56; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
International Supply of Lufkin, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by International Supply of Lufkin, Texas for the purchase of Dresser
bell joint leak repair clamps for the City's Water Distribution Department to repair water main
leaks be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
