WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the facts of the claim of Cynthia
Johanson vs. the City of Beaumont in an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Cynthia
Johanson in the amount of Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($5,320.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
