BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a License Agreement with
Southern Pacific Transportation Company for the installation of an eight inch (8") water line under
their facilities on College Street between Amarillo Street and Avenue G in the David Brown
Survey as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the S-4C day
