WHEREAS, bids were received to furnish and install an automated fuel
management system for two City fleet fueling centers; and,
WHEREAS, Allied Equipment Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $43,775.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allied
Equipment Company is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allied Equipment Company of Beaumont in the amount of
$43,775.00 for furnishing and installing an automated fuel management system for two City
fleet fueling centers be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
