RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit an
application for grant assistance under the Urban Park and Recreation Recovery Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby
authorized to act as the official representative of the City and we do hereby certify that local
matching funds in the amount of $64,920.00 will be available for a period of two years
beginning from the date of receipt of the grant.
