RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide mailing services
to the City's Water Customer Service Division; and,
WHEREAS, Art Presort Service of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $900.00 per month for basic service and $100.00 per month for additional inserts
when needed for a period of one year with the option to extend for one additional year; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Art Presort
Service of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Art Presort Service of Beaumont in the amount of $900.00 per
month for basic service and $100.00 per month for additional inserts when needed for a period
of one year with the option to extend for one additional year for an annual contract to provide
mailing services to the City's Water Customer Service Division be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
