WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of three (3) tractors for use by
the Parks Division; and,
WHEREAS, Eastex Farm & Home of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $44,055; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Eastex
Farm & Home of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eastex Farm & Home of Beaumont for the purchase of three (3)
John Deere tractors in the amount of$44,055.00 for use by the Parks Division be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _� J
