RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a claim has been made against the City of Beaumont by
Randall Sanders for damages growing out of a vehicular accident on December 11,
1990; and,
WHEREAS, the City's risk manager has investigated the claim and returned
a recommendation for a settlement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to settle the aforementioned
property damages claim of Randall Sanders for a payment in the amount of $3,084.02
plus the cost of renting an automobile for the claimant's use while his car is being
repaired.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1991.
