RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute all applications, contracts,
and agreements with such parties as shall be necessary for the implementation of improvements
to the Beaumont Municipal Airport. Furthermore, that the City Manager, Ray Riley, be, and he
is hereby authorized to execute a letter of intent to the Texas Department of Aviation to pursue
financial assistance from the Federal Aviation Administration and agree to name the Texas
Department of Aviation as its agent for the purposes of applying for, receiving and disbursing
funds and administration of contracts associated with airport improvements.
