BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with E.
R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. for the reconstruction of Washington Boulevard from
Eleventh Street to IH 10 at a cost of $507,595.45.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1990.
