RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay the amount of $3,919.81 in
settlement of a property damage claim against the City involving a police vehicle and a
passenger car owned by Ms. Mary Carroll.
