RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic rescue tool
for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Amkus South of Panama City, Florida submitted a bid in the amount
$13,488.44; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Amkus
South of Panama City, Florida is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Amkus South of Panama City, Florida in the amount of$13,488.44
for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic rescue tool for the Fire Department be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
