WHEREAS, bids were received to furnish liquid polymer flocculent to be used
by the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Polypure, Incorporated of Parsippany, New Jersey submitted a bid
in the amount of $0.109/1b; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Polypure, Incorporated of Parsippany, New Jersey is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Polypure, Incorporated of Parsippany, New Jersey to furnish liquid
polymer flocculent to be used by the Water Reclamation Plant in the amount of$0.109/lb, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
