R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one two
cubic yard dump truck for use by the Street and Drainage
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Wickersham Ford of Orange Texas, submitted a bid
in the amount of $20,951. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Wickersham Ford of Orange, Texas, is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wickersham Ford of Orange, Texas, in the
amount of $20, 951.00 for one two cubic yard dump truck to be used
by the Street and Drainage Department be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
