RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way for the College-Wall Connector Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for the College-Wall Connector Project
be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: 0.1653 acre out of Lot 508, Block 65 of the
Beaumont Townsite, Noah Tevis Survey,
Abstract 52 (Whole Taking).
Owner: Dr. Edward D. Pernetter
Appraised Value: $75,000.00
Parcel 4: 0.1648 acre out of Lot 507, Block 65 of the
Beaumont Townsite, Noah Tevis Survey,
Abstract 52 (Whole Taking).
Owner: Dr. Edward D. Pernetter
Appraised Value: $ 6,102.00
