WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of three
tractors to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Case Power and Equipment of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $43,707. 00 for three Case Model IH595
tractors; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Case Power and Equipment of Beaumont, is the lowest
and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Case Power and Equipment of Beaumont in
the amount of $43 , 707. 00 for the purchase of three Case Model IH595
tractors to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department be
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
