BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept from TexasGulf, Inc. a
seventy-one and five tenths (71.5) square foot easement on the west right-of-way of Highway
69, 96, and 287 adjacent to the State of Texas drainage ditch in the Pelham Humphries Survey.
A plat depicting the easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the aotC
