R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, a bid was received for the purchase of one turf
tractor mower for the Streets and Drainage Department; and,
WHEREAS, Goldwaites of Texas, Inc. of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $16,933 . 63 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Goldwaites of Texas, Inc. is the best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Goldwaites of Texas, Inc. of Houston,
Texas in the amount of $16,933 . 63 for one turf tractor mower for
the Streets and Drainage Department be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
