WHEREAS on Monday, October 29, 1990 a bid was received
for the purchase of one Ford truck chassis mounted with a tire
service body to be used by the Fleet Division for servicing on the
road tire repairs to City vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, Iowa Mold Tooling Company, Inc. of Garner, Iowa
submitted a bid in the amount of $26,997. 00; and,
WHEREAS,, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Iowa Mold Tooling Company, Inc. of Garner, Iowa is the
best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Iowa Mold Tooling Company, Inc. of
Garner, Iowa in the amount of $26,997. 00 for one Ford truck chassis
mounted with a tire service body to be used by the Fleet Division
for servicing on the road tire repairs to City vehicles be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
