WHEREAS, the Meetzen Drainage Project is a participation
project with Drainage District No. 6 to relieve Drainage Ditch 904;
and,
WHEREAS, there are nine parcels required for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of drainage easements on the following parcels
of land for the Meentzen Drainage Project with Drainage District
No. 6 be, and the same are hereby approved:
Parcel No. 2 0.266 acre tract of land out of Block D
of the Meentzen Brothers Subdivision
Appraised Value: $2,783. 00
Owners: Pandora H. Tinkle (Brooke) and
Anna Patrica Tinkle Silverstein
Parcel No. 7: 0.53 acre tract of land, being their
interest in one-half of the previously
dedicated Meentzen Street right-of-way
adjacent to Lot 137 and Lot 138 of the
Meentzen Brothers Subdivision
Appraised Value: $2, 385. 00
Owner: Delores Ann Oliver
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
