R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS bids were received for furnishing and installing
an Automated Fuel Dispensing System at the fueling sites located
at the Fleet Center and the Streets and Drainage Facility; and,
WHEREAS, Sumney Pump Service of Beaumont submitted a bid
in the amount of $37,562; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Sumney Pump Service of Beaumont is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sumney Pump Service of Beaumont for
furnishing and installing an Automated Fuel Dispensing System at
the fueling sites located at the Fleet Center and the Streets and
Drainage Facility in the amount of $37,562. 00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
