WHEREAS, Beaumont Independent School District has conveyed a
thirty foot (301 ) by six hundred thirty-three and thirty-eight
hundreds foot (633.381 ) easement for the Homer Drive right-of-way
to the City of Beaumont out of The J. S. Marble Survey and the
Williams Dyches Survey as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said
dedication and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
donation of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement tendered by the Beaumont Independent School
District be, and the same is hereby accepted.
