WHEREAS, The Phoenix Company, developers of Bellechase
Addition, has conveyed a utility and drainage easement to the City
of Beaumont in the Bellechase Addition. The twenty foot (201 )
easement is located approximately 1150 feet west of Avenue
Bellechase at Delaware Street and runs approximately 1560 feet in
a northerly direction as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said
dedication and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
donation of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement tendered by The Phoenix Company be, and the same
is hereby accepted.
