BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the
ratification of an agreement with Fire Fighters Local 399 providing
for a pay increase of 4 percent for all members of the bargaining
unit for the second year of a two-year contract retroactive to
October 1, 1990 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" . Other provisions
remain the same as for the first year.
