RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1990, Council awarded a contract for construction of a
pre-engineered metal building to B & B Enterprise in the amount of $48,880.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owner of B & B Enterprise has requested that the contract be
assigned to Randolph and Company for completion of the project and City of Beaumont staff
recommends said assignment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an assignment of a
contract awarded to B & B Enterprise for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building
in the amount of $48,880 be assigned to Randolph and Company for completion.
