RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on August 21, 1990, City Council awarded a contract to Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc., for the 1990 Street Overlay Project in the amount of $2,101,562.56; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is being requested for additional shoulder repairs
on Washington Boulevard, Tram, Bigner and Walden Roads in the amount of $26.41/ton for
2,200 tons of material for a total cost of $54,142.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 in
the amount of $54,142.00 to the contract between the City of Beaumont and Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. for the 1990 Street Overlay Project.
