WHEREAS, bids were received for re-roofing the Beaumont
Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Copperstone Construction Company of Orange,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $143,589. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Copperstone Construction Company is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Copperstone Construction Company of
Orange, Texas in the amount of $143,589. 00 for re-roofing the
Beaumont Public Library be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
