WHEREAS, Beaumont Iron and Metal Corporation wishes to
convey to the City a 0.8151 acre tract of land out of the Noah
Tevis League adjacent to the plant site for the Hollywood Street
right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Iron and Metal Corporation has agreed
to accept a Quitclaim Deed to this property from the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company and desires to quitclaim that same
property to the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 0.8151 acre tract of land out of the Noah Tevis League,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, tendered by Beaumont
Iron and Metal Corporation by Quitclaim Deed, be, and the same is
hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on
this the 9-tt day of �� �zE� , 1990.
