R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a one (1)
year supply of water statements and customer return envelopes to
be used in the Water Utilities Department/Customer Service
Division; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Westvaco of Houston, Texas, Inc. in the amount of
$11, 180. 00 is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Westvaco of Houston, Texas in the amount
Of $11, 180. 00 for a one (1) year supply of water statements and
customer return envelopes to be used in the Water Utilities
Department/Customer Service Division for the monthly billings of
water service statements be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
