R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of City
employee work uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company of
Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amounts as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company is the
best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply
Company of Beaumont, Texas, in the amounts stated above, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase of City employee
work uniforms.
