R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be authorized to amend the current
contract with Browning-Ferris Industries for furnishing mechanical
street sweeping services by extending it for a period of one (1)
year beginning October 1, 1990 in the amounts of $16.99 per curb
mile for CBD streets and $27.12 per mile for arterial streets and
$93 . 00 an hour for scheduled sweeping and $137. 00 an hour for
unscheduled sweeping.
