WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
approximately 44, 000 pounds of modified asphalt crack sealing
compound; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Crafco Texas, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas in the amount
of $0. 31/lb. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Crafco Texas, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas
in the amount of $0. 31/lb. for approximately 44, 000 pounds of
modified asphalt crack sealing compound be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
