WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of ten (10)
air masks for the Beaumont Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Inc. of Channelview, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $15, 250.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Casco Industries, Inc. of Channelview, Texas is the
lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Inc. , Channelview,
Texas in the amount of $15,250. 00 for ten (10) air masks for the
Beaumont Fire Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
