R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1989, bids were received for an
annual contract to purchase Polaroid Instamatic 600 Twinpac film;
and,
WHEREAS, Braud Camera Company of Port Neches, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $539. 94 per case; and,
; HEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that 1:11e
bid submitted by Braud Camera Company is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Braud Camera Company in the amount of
$539.94 per case be accepted by the City of Beaumont for an
annual contract to purchase Polaroid Instamatic 00600 Twinpac film.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 3rd day of July 1989.
