BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an Escrow Agreement for the Liberty/Laurel Overpass project, the
City will be required to place a total of $1.2 million in escrow
as our share of the project in accordance with the Minute Order
passed January 16, 1990.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1990.
