WHEREAS, Jefferson County has recommended and approved the sale of the
property described as Lot 9, Block 3, Marcus 1st Addition to Jose Manuel and Alicia H.
Villasana for the amount of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00); and
WHEREAS, because such property is being held in trust by Jefferson County
for the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Independent School District, it is necessary for
all three entities to execute a deed to such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ray A. Riley, City Manager, be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a Deed
Without Warranty to Jose Manuel and Alicia H. Villasana transferring the interest that the
City of Beaumont may have in the property described as Lot 9, Block 3, Marcus 1st
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1990.
