R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of a
sanitary sewage lift station, water booster pump station, remote
control devices, and necessary piping; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by John Bankston Construction and Equipment Rental, Inc. ,
of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $684,706. 00 is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by John Bankston Construction and Equipment
Rental, Inc. in the amount of $684,706. 00, for the construction of
a sanitary sewage lift station, water booster pump station, remote
control devices, and necessary piping, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
