R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of three (3)
air compressors to be used by the Street and Drainage Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Service Pump and Compressor, Inc. of Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $27,447. 00 for three (3)
Sullivan diesel 175 cfm air compressors; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Service Pump and Compressor, Inc. is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Service Pump and Compressor, Inc. of
Beaumont, Texas in the amount of $27,447 . 00 for three (3) Sullivan
diesel 175 cfm air compressors be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
